Three bedrooms and a couch let you bring the whole family!
No grill, but there is plenty of space if you'd like to bring your own. The house does not have cable television, but the downtown bars are just a short walk away.
Two night minimum during peak times (generally football and graduation).
Owner may stay in basement apartment with separate entrance, but you'll have the run of the rest of the house.

I've been a Blacksburg resident for about ten years now, and a home owner here for almost seven. While this house is my primary residence, I do quite a bit of travelling these days, and it seems a shame to leave it empty while I'm gone.
